Swimming

Yesterday went for swimming with my housemates and despite not all of us know how to swim still we enjoyed it. For so long since my last visit to swimming pool, I still got the style..haha. But I think I need to get my stamina back. Satu round ja sudah mau mampus. I should go for swimming regularly but I was thinking like, what happen with my hair if exposed too much with chlorine. Is there any shampoo or some kind of hair treatment to prevent the damage?

    before this, i believe that mermaid is just a mitos and it never exist. but uh! after reading this thread, now i've changed my mind. thanks God for made my dream come true. i like the red mermaid. :P
